shipping

All domestic shipping is handled by USPS and all orders are shipped priority shipping. All items in our shop are in hand and ready to ship, so orders will be shipped out within 24 business hours of the order being placed and a USPS tracking number will be sent to the email provided. F1L currently ships our one of a kind automotive apparel in the United States only. 

returns / exchanges

Make sure that all items are in their original condition, and not worn or washed prior to considering returns or exchanges.  F1l accepts returns and exchanges on eligible items up to 30 days after your order has been received.  All customers need to fill out a contact us form in the Help section to start the exchange or return process.

Please email our customer support team right away by filling our a contact us form in the Help section. We will do our best to make changes or cancel your order within 24 hours as long as it has not been shipped. Our shipping times are extremely fast so please be sure to double check your items, sizes, and address are correct before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, or after 24 hours of placing your order, we are not able to make any changes or proceed with a cancellation.

postage

We do our best to provide all the tools to make returns and exchanges as easy as possible for our customers. Please note that we are unable to refund you for the original shipping fees for your order if you ask for a refund on your product(s), and you will need to pay postage if the return or exchange was due to a mistake made on your end.  If our fulfillment team made an error, we will front the shipping costs, of course!

We work with our shipping team to ensure that they receive excellent training on packing your order properly to avoid mistakes.  However, we are human and mistakes can happen.  In the case that it does, please contact our customer support team by filling out a contact us form in the Help section within 24 hours of delivery, we are happy to help!

We do our best to be speedy with getting you the right items when you send something back to be exchanged.  Once your return arrives to our fulfillment center,  we usually send the exchanged item(s) or issue a refund for your order within 2-4 business days.
